We hope you love your Saltwater Family pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 15 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be returned:

• In original condition (unworn, unused)

• With all original tags attached

Returns are available only for items purchased in French Polynesia. We do not accept international returns.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or item?

• Exchange shipping costs will apply.

• For items with a different price, please return the original item and place a new order online.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at mysaltwaterfamily@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the issue

• Your order number

• Your name

We’ll quickly take care of it.
