Items sold within French Polynesia may be returned. No International shipments.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
If you are looking to exchange your product for product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online.
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective, please take a picture of the defect and send it to my firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and first and last name.
Please explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to handle the situation.
