SHIPPING WITHIN OUR ISLANDS (FRENCH POLYNESIA)

From our islands to yours, every order is carefully prepared by our team within 24 to 72 hours (orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday). Your package is shipped from the location where the item is available — Bora Bora or Tahiti — to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

We deliver to all islands of French Polynesia via:

  • P.O. Box (OPT): Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order (OPT rates). Orders are dispatched once payment has been received.

  • Air Freight (Air Tahiti): Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order (Air Tahiti rates), plus a courier transfer fee of 1,500 XPF (store to airport) handled by HM Coursier. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

DELIVERIES IN TAHITI

  • P.O. Box (OPT): Shipping rates depend on the total weight of your order (OPT rates). Your order is shipped once payment has been received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to share a piece of island life beyond Polynesia. Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours (orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday), with the same care and attention we give to every Saltwater Family product.

Shipping options include:

  • Postal Services (Air Mail): Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order (OPT rates) and the selected shipping method. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

  • Priority Shipping: Available worldwide. Faster delivery for those who want to receive their island essentials sooner. This option is more expensive than economy air shipping but ensures quicker arrival.
