15 DAYS RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the items within 15 days of the original purchase.
To be eligible for a merchandise credit, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original labeling.
Items sold in French Polynesia can be returned. No international shipping.
RESULTS
If you return an item for an exchange, you will be charged additional shipping fees for sending the exchange item.
If you are looking to exchange your product for a product of a different price, you will need to process a return and place an order for the new product online.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
In the rare event that your order arrives defective, please take a photo of the defect and send it to mysaltwaterfamily@gmail.com along with your order number and first and last name.
Explain in the email what the defect is and we will respond with an email letting you know how we will handle the situation.
